VERHOEVEN OSS IS NOW VERHOEVEN FAMILY OF COMPANIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Met de ingebruikname van een nieuw fabriekspand heeft de Osse Machinefabriek Verhoeven de voltooiing bereikt van een transitie die het bedrijf duidelijker in de markt moet zetten. \u2018VERHOEVEN FAMILY OF COMPANIES\u2019 staat nu prominent op de gevel en is de overkoepelende naam van de organisatie die ruim 50 jaar actief is in de productie van custom made systemen voor intern transport, maatwerk apparatuur, opslag en material handling. In die periode groeide het bedrijf uit tot een belangrijke speler in de maakindustrie (16e positie in de Nationale Maak Top 100 van 2019), met diverse, zeer uiteenlopende specialisaties. De organisatie introduceert nu twee verschillende families t.w. Verhoeven Material Handling Family en Verhoeven Bakery Equipment Family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n





Material Handling<\/strong> Verhoeven Material Handling Family is de benaming voor de oorspronkelijke activiteiten van de overkoepelende organisatie die nu in deze aparte familietak zijn ondergebracht. Het ontwerpt, ontwikkelt en produceert oplossingen voor interne handling- en conveying-toepassingen. Deze oplossingen zijn over de hele wereld ge\u00efnstalleerd en toegepast in de meest uiteenlopende industrie\u00ebn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bakery Equipment<\/strong> In het segment voor industri\u00eble bakkerijen is het bedrijf een belangrijke wereldspeler als toeleverancier van turn-key projecten voor de vervaardiging van alle denkbare deegproducten. Deze tak beschikt over diverse specialisten met grote kennis van de bakkerij-technologie als aanvulling op de kennis van de techniek. Door acquisities zijn in de afgelopen jaren de gespecialiseerde merken BVT en NewCap toegevoegd aan de Verhoeven organisatie en met de introductie van nog twee gespecialiseerde divisies -Vacuum Cooling and Baking Solutions en Bakepack- is de Verhoeven Bakery Equipment Family in staat grote industri\u00eble projecten turn-key op te leveren. De Vacuum Cooling and Baking divisie is bovendien marktleider in haar segment en levert als innovatieve specialist een belangrijke bijdrage aan de vernieuwing en verduurzaming van productieprocessen in de bakkerij van de toekomst. De vier aparte labels van de Bakery Equipment Family zullen in de toekomst blijven bestaan als gespecialiseerde spelers in de markt, maar werken nadrukkelijk samen in het kunnen aanbieden van totaaloplossingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That goes hand in hand with our first principles: fulfilling our agreements as a team and not stopping until we\u2019ve accomplished the goal. A family feeling is indispensible to this mission, which has naturally grown out of our origins as a family business. We now have two divisions \u2013 two \u201cfamily branches\u201d \u2013 in our organisation, but it\u2019s very clear that these originated in the same parent company.
