Wij van BVT Dough Process Solutions, onderdeel van de Verhoeven Bakery Equipment Family, bieden op maat gemaakte verwerkingsoplossingen voor de industri\u00eble productie van uw zachte granolarepen en knapperige mueslirepen. <\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Onze productielijnen zijn op maat gemaakt voor uw industri\u00eble bakkerij en houden rekening met onder andere beschikbare ruimte, lijnvereisten, productvari\u00ebteit en productkwaliteit.<\/p>

De massa voor de reep wordt direct uit de mixer opgevangen en naar het begin van de BVT-verwerkingslijn vervoerd. Afhankelijk van het eindproduct kunt u gebruikmaken van een systeem op basis van een warme of koude verwerking voor hoge capaciteit productie. \u00a0Nadat de massa tot een plak gereduceerd is, kunt u verschillende processtappen uitvoeren. Denk hierbij aan het toevoegen van wafelpapier en\/of koeltunnels om de glucosemassa te laten harden.<\/p>

Ten slotte kunt u uw product zijn vorm geven, met of zonder aanvullende decoratie. Zo krijgt uw product zijn gewenste uiterlijk.<\/p>
